How verification works

Your file/text is hashed with SHA-256 inside your browser.
ProofFlow fetches the anchored hash for that proof ID from the smart contract (or local record).
The two hashes are compared byte-for-byte: identical → VERIFIED; different → NOT VERIFIED.

“Transaction confirmed” means the anchor reached the chain. “Verified” additionally means the data hash matches. Both must hold for full confidence.
